Question 3: Read the short case, “Felipe Montez” (Available in this Module 7 folder). Assume that years later, Felipe’s firm has a new CEO whose vision is for the firm to become an exemplary organization for sustainable and ethical processes, practices, and behaviors towards all stakeholders- internal and external. Taking insights from both Chapters 10 and 11, suggest 12 recommendations outlining specific elements that Felipe’s company must incorporate into the organizational processes, policies, and practices in order to achieve the new vision.
Question 4: Select any type of organization in any industry. Suggest an opportunity/need for change at the selected organization/business brought forth by any contemporary challenge (e.g. COVID-19) or opportunity. Taking insights from both Chapter 9 and Chapter 12, suggest 12 recommendations outlining the specific leadership and culture/cultural change elements that would be required to implement the new initiative.
Question 5. I have included all the submitted group projects in a folder in Module 10. Review any ONE of the projects submitted by the any other group in your class, and for each project, outline the 10 most important insights obtained, lessons learned, and/or comments inspired by the content.
