This week’s study demonstrates one of the many ways a reservation and double-booking can happen at a hotel. When considering the scenario – think about the challenges that seem to be happening in finding the guest record and as a manager what strategies would help eliminate this from happening.

Outline what steps you would implement to address the issue in the case study. What questions might you need to consider that contributed to the incident?
Describe some of the possible resolutions as the Front Office Manager you might offer to the guest because of the incident.
Provide positive and negative impacts to the hotel guest based on the incident and resolutions.
Submit the assignment as an attachment to the Dropbox. Be sure to note all sources in the separate Works Cited page. You should have a minimum of two sources. I will send the template and the case once selected
