Description
You will use the Knowledge Translation Project Plan template to complete this assignment.
This assignment will involve detailed description of a series of activities aimed at solving a problem – in this case, the translation of knowledge to policy/practice supported by contemporary literature.
Your plan should provide the reader with the following type of information (with contemporary supportive literature):
1.What is the knowledge policy/practice gap you identified?
2.What is the source, strength, and quality of the knowledge to be translated?
3.How will you plan and organise the change?
4.How will you engage stakeholders and knowledge users?
5.What is your organisation’s readiness to change?
6.How will the knowledge be adapted to the local context?
7.How are the potential barriers to knowledge and how might you mitigate them?
8.What implementation interventions are appropriate?
9.How will you test, adapt, and spread the interventions?
10.How will you monitor the impact on knowledge, attitudes and outcomes?
