Imagine you are a middle school teacher (again)! This is your first year teaching, and you are excited as the school year is about to begin; however, you have not yet developed a plan for managing classroom misbehaviors. You speak to your colleagues who have more experience teaching, and they share with you a list of some common classroom misbehaviors. Note: You do not have to address all of these misbehaviors. They are just examples.

How would you use observational learning for classroom management?
You will need to look for online resources for how teachers address misbehaviors. Be sure to reference these sources. The websites you find will likely not identify the specific operant conditioning procedures each classroom management strategy uses, so you will need to identify that.
