I selected this job posting because I have always wanted to be a management consultant. I have previously done research on the top management consulting firms, and I loved Bain & Company because it is global so I have opportunities to travel for work. Bain & Company has a strong focus on cultivating a supportive environment for its employees as well as helping their clients be the best in their respective industries. They seem to want to hire people who are very involved and connected within their communities and who will be motivated to learn exactly how management consulting works. They also seem to expect employees to go above and beyond for their clients, which I really like.
