Annotated Bibliography for an Argumentative Essay.
Based on the topic you chose in Module 1 for your final project, create a preliminary bibliography for your final project and provide short (200-300 word) annotations for each source.
Your bibliography should be cited in correct Chicago style, and include, at a minimum, the following five sources.
Two primary sources
One scholarly journal article
One secondary source (not your assigned web text or other textbook)
One additional source as you like.
Each annotation should describe the author of the source (not just his or her name, but also his or her occupation or background) and the main point or topic of the source. If the source is secondary, the annotation should describe the source’s thesis or main point; if the source is primary, the annotation should describe the intended audience and purpose of the source. Finally, each annotation should tell the reader what you intend to use the source for, how the information in the source is useful to you in writing your project.
Please note that you are not obliged to use the source once you include it in your annotated bibliography, and you are welcome to add more sources later in the research process. This exercise is intended to give your instructor some information about your preliminary research, and give you an opportunity to receive feedback and suggestions.
