Upload the file, video, or a photo of your presentation to the link in Canvas, before class starts on the due date.
Goal: Your presentation is meant to be a visual form of part of your relative’s life and a celebration of their strengths and assets. You do not need to do any new research. You can cut and paste information from your oral history paper into your presentation.
Format: Your presentation can take whatever format you want 🙂 Here are some ideas:
Poster
Infographic (how-to and example 1, example 2, example 3)
Public Service Announcement Video (how-to and examples)
Pamphlet (how-to and examples)
Webpage (web page how-to and example)

The final stage of the project is to write a 1-2 page reflection. You will discuss what the process of doing this project has been like for you and answer the following questions:
What have you learned about your family and/or community? What have you learned from your interviewee’s experiences? What have you learned about your interviewee’s community cultural wealth?
What have you learned about the process of creating history?
Why are oral histories so important?
What were the greatest challenges and how did you address them?
In what ways was this project meaningful to you? of the text is easy to see and neat.
