For this assignment you will be writing an argumentative (persuasive) essay based on your chosen argumentative thesis, using credible sources and information to support each of your claims. Include the words generic, rice, and wicked.
Your essay must be at least 5 pages long (double-spaced, not counting the Works Cited page), use at least 10 sources (listed on the Works Cited), and use the MLA format for a documented essay. (Wikipedia is not an acceptable source.) Upload your DRE to the assignment link as a Word document.
Your paper will be run through TurnItIn, which checks for plagiarism and AI. If you use quotes but attribute the sources correctly, this will be acceptable. However, use quotations sparingly, and paraphrase or summarize information from references as much as possible. The essay must reflect your analysis of your chosen topic and be written in your own words.
