Shannon and Ashley are Associate in Arts in Human Services interns in their third quarter at a local community college. Your immediate supervisor at Helping Communities Grow, LLC has been their Field Instructor for their internship experience for three weeks now. The interns come in from 9:00 am until 11:30 am on Thursdays. On one Thursday, you were asked by your supervisor to be the point-of-contact for both interns while she attended an all-day conference.
