In this module, you will consider the model and concept of servant leadership. Servant leadership is an approach to leadership that collaborates with stakeholders (principally employees) throughout the organization to involve them in the generation and attainment of strategies, goals, and ambitions. Doing so results in a more collaborative leadership approach and may raise the involvement and motivation of employees to assist the organization in achieving its ambitions.
