Include 2 references From my StrengthsFinder assessment, I’ve learned that my unique talents center around developing others, achieving goals, taking responsibility, building relationships, and envisioning the future. It’s clear that my inclination towards nurturing potential and my relentless drive are the core of my daily life and work ethic. Two core values that stand out to me are growth and commitment. Growth reflects my Developer strength; I am deeply invested in the potential and progress of those around me. Commitment is mirrored in my Responsibility strength, compelling me to see things through with integrity. My strengths lie in my natural drive for accomplishment and ability to cultivate substantial, trusting relationships. As an Achiever, I am fueled by the satisfaction of daily achievements, big or small. My Relator strength allows me to thrive in close-knit environments and derive energy from meaningful connections. Looking at areas to bolster, I see the importance of transforming my visionary Futuristic thoughts into tangible plans. This will ensure my dreams are actionable. Additionally, finding balance in my Achiever trait is crucial; I must ensure that my quest for daily accomplishments is within my overall well-being and long-term goals. I can grow and succeed further by focusing on these areas.
