I need help writing guidelines for the newly created media committee at our envi

I need help writing guidelines for the newly created media committee at our environmental center. I am a task leader in this committee and I was asked to develop guidelines for the members in the Committee to follow. Unfortunately, I do not have a media-related background.
Please use direct and to the point sentences. Make it simple, easy to follow and to understand as bullet points.
Below is the activities that my team is responsible for, and based on this we have to prepare the guidelines.
Try to add more details and explanations to each activity
1. Post at least one post a
week (every Monday) in
social media accounts ( twitter and LinkedIn )
2. Inform all groups leaders
about the Environmental
occasions.
3. Communication with all
group’s leaders regarding
content.
4. Introductory Video and
Presentation ( Center,
Groups)
5. Weekly report must be sent
to Chair and Deputy chair.
Do not stick yourself to the above activities you can write about anything extra you think will be helpful and will add more value to the team.
